Aims and Scope
The International Journal of Language, Education and Society (IJLES) fosters critical and inclusive scholarship by encouraging contributions that:
- Investigate the role of language in education and society
- Advance research on teaching, learning, and curriculum practices across diverse contexts
- Explore links between linguistic diversity, educational equity, and social change
- Provide comparative and interdisciplinary insights into educational policy and practice
- Address issues of justice, inclusion, and sustainability in education and language studies
IJLES welcomes submissions in the following areas:
- Original research articles, review papers, book reviews, and opinion essays
- Studies in applied linguistics, language acquisition, and pedagogy
- Research on curriculum design, teacher education, and instructional strategies
- Analyses of sociolinguistics, multilingualism, and language policy
- Practice-based studies including design-based research, action research, and experimental designs
